Minimum Production Fees
All payments collected at the time of order submission are considered minimum production fees. These fees secure a production slot and initiate the review and preparation process.
Refund Policy
Minimum production fees are non-refundable once production has begun. Because each order is custom-made and prepared individually, refunds cannot be issued after materials are allocated or production preparation starts.
Before Production Begins
In rare cases, refunds may be considered only before production has started, at the sole discretion of Emperor Production.
Final Pricing & Shipping
Final pricing is determined after review of size, materials, and process complexity. Shipping and any remaining balance will be invoiced separately after production is completed.
