Referral Credit Terms
This document outlines the terms, conditions, and operational framework governing the Emperor Marketing referral credit system.
Language & Transparency Note: This agreement is provided in English as the governing version. Informal translations may be used for readability, but the English version controls in all cases.
Why Referral Credits Exist
Emperor Marketing grows through long-term relationships, not volume-based sales. Referral credits exist to acknowledge partners who introduce aligned businesses that value strategic execution and measurable growth.
How the Referral Credit Works
Introduction
A qualified business is introduced through an approved referral channel.
Qualification
The referred business completes an intake review and enters a paid engagement.
Credit Issued
Once the engagement begins, referral credits are applied to the referrer's future services.
What Referral Credits Can Be Used For
- Strategy development sessions
- Content & campaign execution
- Website & digital optimization
- Retainer service offsets
Note: Referral credits are non-transferable and applied only to Emperor Marketing services.
What Referral Credits Are Not
- Not cash payments
- Not public affiliate links
- Not volume-based commissions
Transparency & Governance
All referral credits are documented, tracked internally, and governed by a formal agreement to ensure clarity, accountability, and long-term trust.
